Q: Who are we?
A: We are Veterans who design Custom Freedom Wall Art and Custom Freedom boxes.
Q: Why do we do it?
A: Our goal is to bring back patriotic wood working to be proudly displayed in our customer’s homes and businesses.
Q: What does “handmade” mean?
A: Our products are NOT mass produced. We choose only the best wood and cut each piece individually to be pieced together by hand to the specifications of each customer.
Q: What is “made to order”?
A: The customer can place an order on our website and browse available designs or may choose to send an email to our wood workers with a design of their own. If you choose to send in your own design their is no upcharge on the price. The price will remain the same as advertised on our website for each product.
Q: What if I have an emblem that is not in the UAV gallery, can I submit my own?
A: Yes!! This is highly encouraged. Our goal here at UAV is to allow the customer to create there own custom/personalized emblem. Please submit any custom images and logo’s to info@unitedamericanvets.com for review before submitting your order. There are a few things that I would request from you. Quality is key when engraving and with quality, comes quality image formats. I do request that if you are submitting an image that it be a vector image format preferably .PNG format. If for some reason this can not be accomplished or you are just not sure what a .PNG is then please before you complete your order please take a minute and contact us at info@unitedamericanvets.com and attach the image you are looking to be engraved and we will be able to assist you. We respond to all emails with 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. I will say that I have not come across an image I have not been able to engrave. Secondly, I will not engrave any image that has a copy write attached with it unless written consent is given by the copy write owner. Located in the custom gallery you will see work that was completed and donated to Harley Davidson HOG, Nine Line Foundation and consent was given prior to the work being started. So, if you are a business owner and are looking to have your business logo engraved on one of our awesome Custom wall Art Decor Flags please make sure that you provide written consent when submitting your logo for review.
Q: How many options do I have to choose from using the union (stars) or emblem?
A: All Union or emblem options are limited to our customers imaginations! Skies the limit!

A: The standard wood material is pinewood, however different woods can be used at customers request. Due to varying prices in wood additional charges will be applied based on the type of wood requested.
